Rainforest Hanging Bridges

Your day will begin when you are picked up from your hotel and driven about 20 minutes to Mistico Hanging Bridges, a beautiful hanging bridges park with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Arenal Volcano. You’ll meet your guide and have a chance to use the washrooms before heading into the lush rainforest for your hike. Your guide, equipped with a telescope and binoculars will point out several bird species and exotic wildlife you might see on your way through the forest.  Your group will walk across several bridges that hang from canyon wall to canyon wall, allowing you to see wildlife from above the tree top canopy.

Pure Trek Canyoning

After your hike, you’ll hop back into the vans and head to the Pure Trek headquarters to have a delicious, Costa Rican style lunch before heading out to the canyon. When you reach the canyon entrance, you’ll transfer into open air 4×4 trucks for an exciting short drive up to the canyon ranch. Your guides will get you geared up with high quality equipment and share safety instructions before taking you on an adventure of a lifetime!  Enjoy waterfall rappelling, rock climbing, and the Monkey drop rappel (A fun free-fall on ropes controlled & assisted by our team of guides). After the canyoning tour we will take you back to our offices to take a look at the photos of your adventure and have some delicious Costa Rican coffee.

Please Note: Since we are based in the rainforest, there is a possibility that it could rain at any time of year.  We operate the tour rain or shine, unless  weather conditions are extreme. If for any reason we have to cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund.
